2. Dispute resolution

You agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site through written consultation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it may be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Federal Arbitration Act and AAA consumer rules, except where a qualifying small-claims action is available.
